Dave Durant's stuff

I'm a long-time supporter of the government technology and transformation communities, starting with National Hack the Government Day and Young Rewired State back in 2009. Since then I've worked for mySociety, the Greater London Authority, HackIT (Hackney Council digital team) and most notably spent five years working for the Government Digital Service.

For several years I've been on the committee for GovCamp, the UK’s largest government-focused unconference. I was previously on the committee for One Team Gov.

Amongst other things I'm now focusing on being part of the team delivering TransformGov Talks and being on the committee for the UK Polyamory Association.

My blog is called Desiderium Sciendi (apparently because I am pretentious).

If you're really interested in that kind of thing this is my LinkedIn profile.

I'm dusting off some old personal digital projects. You may be interested in the following.

As you can probably already tell, while my change management and technical skills are fair, my design skills are appalling. If you could potentially help me with either this page or the design of any of my projects please drop me a line at dave@bowsy.co.uk - thanks!
